Cancellation Policy

When booking a service with Balance for Living the service is payable in advance via bank transfer, contact us for details, or by cash before the consultation.

 

We understand that life gets in the way, so please contact us in the event of a change so that we can work with you on the scheduling of your appointment.

Rescheduling of services is free when more than 24 hours' notice is provided.

​

Any bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $50 cancellation fee, however, you may transfer your time allocation to another person free of charge.

​

Not showing up for your scheduled appointment will incur a full loss of service Fee.​

​

If you are running late (more than 5 minutes), please contact us as we understand the challenges of life and traffic.  Some appointments may need to be cut short if your late arrival is longer than 30 minutes to reduce the impact on other clients booked in after your appointment.
